Installation
Sliding Gates
Cantilever and rolling gates for tight spaces, wide openings and frequent use.
Installation & repair
Turn a manual gate into one that opens from the car, or get an existing opener working properly again. We help with operators, access control and the gate structure they depend on.
Every day, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM

An automatic gate is two systems working together: the gate itself and the operator that moves it. If either one is out of alignment, underbuilt or worn, the whole system suffers. Many opener problems turn out to be gate problems, and many new automation projects reveal that the existing gate needs reinforcing first.
We help homeowners and businesses add automation to new or existing gates, choose between operator types for swing or sliding gates, and set up access methods such as keypads, remote controls and intercoms.
For opener repair we look at the full picture: operator, wiring and power, safety sensors, and the gate hardware. For gate structure and hinge problems alone, see gate repair.
Automated gates involve moving mass, entrapment risks and safety devices. Project requirements, design coordination, safety considerations and applicable approvals are reviewed for the specific job.
Where it applies
Why customers call
Design, materials and finish
Articulating arm or underground designs that push or pull each leaf. Suited to residential and many commercial swing gates.
Chain or rack-driven motors for rolling and cantilever gates, sized to gate weight and use.
Keypads, remote transmitters, intercoms, keyed switches and vehicle detection loops.
Line voltage or solar power, and battery backup so the gate can operate or be released during a power outage.
Automated gates can injure people and damage vehicles if safety is neglected. Photo-eye sensors, edge sensors, adjustable force limits and manual release methods are all part of a properly planned system. We review the safety devices appropriate to your gate type, traffic and location, rather than treating them as optional extras.
How the work goes
Step 1
Call to describe gate type, size, existing opener if any, and how you want to open it.
Step 2
We review the gate structure, power availability, operator type, access method and safety devices needed.
Step 3
If the gate or posts need strengthening to carry an operator, that work is scoped first.
Step 4
The operator and access equipment are installed, limits and force are adjusted, and safety devices are tested.
Scope and pricing
Every project is different, so pricing depends on the details. These are the factors that shape the work.
Questions
Often yes, if the gate is structurally sound and hangs well. We check the gate and posts first, since an operator will expose any weakness in them.
Check power, any battery and obvious obstructions. Beyond that, call and describe what happens: no sound, a hum, partial movement. That helps narrow the cause before anyone visits.
That depends on the setup. Battery backup and manual release options can be included. Tell us how important outage operation is to you.
Common options are remotes, keypads, intercoms, keyed switches and vehicle sensors. The right mix depends on who uses the gate.
Requirements vary by property and jurisdiction, and safety considerations apply. We review these for each project rather than assuming a single standard.
